By signing up for paperless statements, you can contribute to making the earth a much healthier place simply by saving paper. The average American family discards approximately 2,460 pounds of paper and wood products a year. By participating in something as simple as paperless billing, your impact can and will be felt.

Not only can paperless statements benefit the planet, studies show direct links between decreasing clutter and benefits to consumers' own physical and mental well-being.

Paperless statements also lessen the possibility of identity theft, putting you in greater control of your information.

eStatements are an electronic version of your mailed statement. The electronic statement is identical to the paper statement and can be viewed, printed or saved right from your computer.

No. By signing up for eStatements, you will no longer receive a paper statement. If you need to receive a paper statement, you can opt out of eStatements by selecting the paper statement option under the profile tab.

Once you have logged into your account, simply select the statement icon and you will be able to view your statement.

Paper statements can take days using mail delivery. With eStatements you can bypass this and receive your statements much earlier.

You will receive an email notification letting you know that your statement is ready for viewing. You can access your statement from any computer by logging into your MySecureBill account.

Your eStatement notification can only be sent to one location, but you can access your account from any computer.

You can view current and past statements for 12 months under “Statement History.”

All statements can be saved on your personal computer. Simply open up the statement and select file>save.

No, eStatements are completely FREE!

Any statements can be printed just as any document on your computer.

Log in to your personal account and select profile. If at any time you need to change your email address, name or password, this can be done on the My Profile tab.

Log into your personal account and update your profile by selecting paper statements only.

Adobe Acrobat® Reader™ is free software used for viewing and printing electronic forms. You will need this software installed in order for your computer to download, display or print your statements.
