Insurance Sales Agent – Crop/Livestock

Job Title: Insurance Sales Agent - Crop/Livestock
Reports to: Director of Operations
Salary Range: $70-$90k
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with the Ag Community: Prospect, network, and build a pipeline of clients within the crop and livestock sectors.
- Manage and Grow a Book of Business: Maintain existing relationships and guide clients through renewals, claims, and policy updates.
- Meet Clients Where They Are: Travel to farms and rural communities to assess needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Educate and Empower: Help clients understand their coverage options and make informed decisions.
- Build Trust Through Service: Deliver exceptional customer care rooted in honesty, integrity, and follow-through.
Who You Are:
- A proactive, goal-oriented professional who thrives on forming meaningful relationships.
- Comfortable with prospecting, presenting, and navigating new challenges.
- Organized, confident, and eager to learn.
- Crop Insurance experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right candidate. Must be able to obtain licensing and meet continuing education requirements.
