What You'll Do:
Prospecting & Sales
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, scheduling appointments and crafting personalized insurance plans.
- Educate clients about policy features and risk management strategies, securing their trust and confidence.
- Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend community events.
Retention & Customer Service
- Conduct annual reviews with clients to evaluate their coverage and identify evolving insurance needs.
- Provide outstanding customer service, handling renewals, claims, and policy adjustments efficiently.
Marketing & Relationship Building
- Foster strong relationships through community involvement and professional networking.
- Collaborate with finance teams and cooperative retailers to uncover sales opportunities.
Education & Development
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends with certifications like AFIS and CIC.
- Maintain active Property & Casualty licensing and fulfill continuing education requirements.
Who You Are:
- A skilled communicator who builds trust with clients through education and personalized solutions.
- A goal-driven professional with a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or economics (preferred) and at least 3-5 years of insurance experience.
- Licensed or ready to attain a MN Property & Casualty Insurance license within 60 days of employment.
- Organized, self-motivated, and confident in handling challenges like prospecting and cold calls.

What You'll Do:
You will handle loan documentation for all AgQuest loan products, assist with loan servicing correspondence, and manage incoming calls and emails. Ensuring the company's financial security by following internal controls is crucial. You'll act as a liaison between Relationship Managers (RMs), borrowers, and retailers, address customer needs, and set up and maintain loan files, both paper and electronic. Collaboration with IT to manage the DocuSign process and note templates, attending relevant meetings, and pursuing personal and professional growth are also key aspects of the role.
What We're Looking For:
We require a High School Diploma and knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. General accounting knowledge, specifically loan accounting, is essential. You should represent AgQuest professionally, have precision and accuracy in your work, and possess effective verbal and written communication skills. Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality are vital. You should be able to work independently or as part of a team, be self-motivated and organized.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $19.00-$23.00 based on qualifications.
