Recipe: Rhubarb Crisp


4 cups fresh rhubarb, chopped

3/4 cup sugar

2 tbsp flour

1/2 cup butter

3/4 cup brown sugar

3/4  cup oatmeal

3/4  cup flour


Preheat oven to 350 degrees (f).

Mix rhubarb, sugar, and 2 tbsp flour in the bottom of a 9×9 baking dish.

Cream butter and brown sugar in a bowl. Add oatmeal, and flour, mix, and sprinkle on top of rhubarb.

Bake for 45 minutes.
