MN Comfort Food… Tator-Tot Hotdish

Brown 1 lb. hamburger w/ ½ of a small onion chopped. (Can add chopped mushrooms as well)

Combine with 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of cream of celery soup

Layer on the bottom of casserole dish

Add a layer of one can of french cut green beans- drained (can use any other vegetable of choice as substitute)

Add a layer of American cheese slices

Add a layer of French’s french friend onions-crushed

Add a layer of Orieda seasoned tater tots


Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

If you like your tots crispier… remove the cover for the last 15 minutes of baking.
